In order to attract the best young resources, Group A2A participates periodically in career days, organised together with universities, where it is possible to get to know the company better and to make yourself known coming directly into contact with the Heads of Human Resources.
Very important too is also the collaboration with the main Schools of Management and Specialisation, which permit the bringing together of professionals with much experience and experts in the energy field.
Our objective is to make known our reality, above all in the university world, a space of growth and tomorrow’s development of talents.
