Your growth will furthermore be supported by instruments, activities, methods of training and instruction, career paths, assessments of performance and evaluation of the individual potential able to guarantee the development of skills, capacity and abilities, so that your professional aspirations find correspondence with the opportunity to measure yourself within roles of increasing responsibility, both in a specialist and managerial context.

It is preferable that you have a degree with good marks obtained within the prescribed time, a good knowledge of English and the main software applications.

We are looking for young graduates, flexible, capable of reading and interpreting scenarios in continuous evolution, persons directed towards results that wish to make their contribution concentrating not only on objectives but also of the ways to reach them.
 

The selection procedure

The selection procedure provides for some individual interviews with experts from Human Resources and with operational heads, during which your specialised knowledge, your personal characteristics, your relational capacities and your real motivation to form part of our team are assessed.

Since 2009 methodologies of the Assessment Center are active, aimed at the constitution of a stock of post-graduates having the necessary qualifications for taking part in possible selections for jobs and/or stages.

The Methodology of Assessment Center provides for the submission of diagnostic tests of numerological type, the carrying out of group dynamics aimed at evaluating the capacity of problem solving and gteamworking and individual interviews to explore personalities and motivations.
