A2A even closer to the customer
To facilitate the solution to any disagreements in a speedy and cost saving way A2A customers will be able to make use of a simple, speedy and innovative method.
More precisely, A2A has joined the Agreement Protocol regarding Conciliation Procedure, reached between Confservizi Lombardy and the consumer Associations.
This agreement is aimed at:
- Customers who have electric energy supply contracts for domestic and condominium use, with committed power equal to or less than 15 kW.
- Customers who have signed contracts for gas supply for domestic and condominium use, with annual consumption up to 50,000 mc.
