Identity of the Group: map of values
Within the process of integration taking place in the Group, A2A has devised a project to define the company values.
To define and communicate its own values means for a company:
- To provide directions as to personal behaviour, in accordance with criteria both common and shared
- To construct a management reference model
- To develop a sense of identity in human resources.
The five values defined represent the principles by which organisational behaviour can be identified and to define managerial behaviour

The map of values has been promoted with a continuous process of communication that extends to all the Company to promote the development of a Group pride, with a sense of belonging and a common identity.
