Internal Control Committee
The Committee has the duties assigned to it by law, by the Corporate Governance Code of listed companies and by the Company’s bylaws and, additionally, as part of these, the duty of providing assistance to the SB, through enquiry, consultation and proposition, in assessing the internal control system, with particular regard to the control of risks, the information and accounting system and the working of the internal audit function
