It is hereby made known that starting from today the Interim management report at 31 March 2012 is available to the public at the Company’s Registered office, Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the website (www.a2a.eu).

Financial statements and consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2011

It is noted that the holding company's financial statements and the consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2011, as approved by the Supervisory Board on 26 April 2012, along with the additional documentation provided by prevailing laws, are available at the Company's registered office and the offices of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the Company's Internet site (www.a2a.eu).
The record of the approval of the Supervisory Board will be made available with the same means within the terms provided by the law.

Filing notice holding company's financial statements and consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2011

It is noted that the holding company's financial statements and the consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2011 approved by the Management Board on 23 March 2012, together with the Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure and the reports of the independent auditors are available at the registered offices of the Company, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the Company's Internet site (www.a2a.eu).
