The A2A Group is based on principles of legality, fairness, impartiality and independence in their relationships with their suppliers, which are selected taking into account aspects such as quality certification, environmental impact, health and safety of workers.

The main tool of communication and information used for the purchase of goods and services and the assignment of work is the invitation to tender. The calls, in addition to being published in the Official Gazette and in the press, are also available on this site.

Where public tenders are not carried out, the call is replaced by letters of invitation, along with the specifications, requesting the submission of the offer which may be economic or techno-economic.

A growing part of tenders is effected by means of electronic trading tools: in 2010 they related to more than 1,200 events representing about 50% of the order value.
