Code of Ethics
The A2A Group wanted to provide itself with an instrument that could define the main fundamental ethics, the behavioural rules, together with the responsibility that the Group recognises, respects and assumes as a value applying to Group personnel, the suppliers, commercial partners, customers, the communities and territories in which the Group is present. This instrument is the Group Ethical Code, adopted in its present form by Resolution of the Board of Management of A2A S.p.A. dated 16th February 2009.
