Reporting Whistleblowing

Whistleblowing (anonymous and identified) to the A2A Group

The objective of this regulatory document is to establish effective channels of communication through which to receive, analyse and process reports which are made by staff, by members of corporate bodies, third parties (customers, suppliers, consultants, collaborators) or by stakeholders in general, and which are related to problems concerning internal control and risk management systems, company data, administrative liability, fraud or other issues (violations of the Ethical Code, mobbing, theft, security, etc.). Such reports can also be made in confidence or anonymously, with a total guarantee of confidentiality and privacy.

In order to facilitate whistleblowing, A2A Group has set up specific channels of communication:

  • A2A Whistleblowing platform
    accessible via the company intranet and via the A2A website and that of each single Group company;
